Can I get another "wow"!

As with the Welker signing, no one move will fix this offense but this is a huge admonition by this staff.

I wonder what the environment is like inside the coaching offices right now? Are people excited, tense, nervous, scared or what? Are people starting to think about losing their jobs?

I'd like to be a fly on the wall.

Again.. Keenum makes sense because of the ability to do things with his legs. They need someone who can pick up a first down once in a while on foot.
Hell.. they should add some read-option concepts to at least make a D a little less able to key so much on Gurley.
I don't think Keenum's legs play much of a part in this. The offense hasn't been sputtering because Foles hasn't been able to take off and run. This is about Foles not seeing wide open receivers and missing the one's that he does see. If Keenum can just get the ball to the guys who have been open, the offense will be 10-20% better.

There's got to be pressure coming from somewhere, right? I mean, Foles was signed and then extended by this staff and for him to be benched makes you wonder who made the decision?

I don't know if it will help but it certainly can't hurt. Even Austin Davis gave us a spark at first...

Yeah, its hard to imagine Keenum being worse. Foles has been historically bad. I was starting to pine for the days of Tony Banks. Now that is bad.

Well, as long as you don't start pining for Steve Walsh. I see that and someone's sending emergency services to your house!

As I said in another thread, Foles is as bad or worse than the merry go round of backups we've put out there the last couple of years, eye ball test and statistically. He was flat out putrid on Sunday. Yes, easy to blame Fisher and the OC, but Foles hasn't been good at all.
