I've been posting here a few weeks, and I wanted to share my thoughts on this place (if this is the wrong sub-board for this, I apologize and understand if it is relocated).

Some of you may know me from another board where I spent many years (including several as a Moderator). I've also dabbled on a few other boards. I'm not going to bash any other site, but I will say that I'm very glad to be here and feel that I've found my new home board for Rams talk.

There are many reasons for this...

The site looks great.
The activity level is excellent.
The Mods are cool.

But, more than anything, I feel like there is an overall mood of optimism here. That, unfortunately (even coming off a playoff year) is not a given. On other boards, I've often felt like I was constantly battling those who seem to think that optimism and realism are incompatible. I've sensed none of that here.

Anyway... just wanted to say I'm glad to be here and looking forward to a great season at RFU!

Just after years of drinking the cool aid is nice to actually feel good and not have had to take a gulp. So makes the spirits soar.....LOL

I am a "rookie" when it come to participating boards like these. I've watched from the afar the Post dispatch forum and another Ram forum named LARAMSFANS. I have never been tempted to participate in either of those board as they are just too cantankerous for my taste.
I kinda tested the water with this site and slowly have become more involved with time and of course meeting several at Greg and Loree's tailgating.

Now I'm addicted and log on every day. So I couldn't agree with you more Avenger I am glad to be here!

I know u have 93 posts, but welcome aboard. I remember u from the real Rams fans board. I was Rams4life.

I'm sure u know but one thing about this site is it's laid back, not over moderated and the freedom of speech is pretty cool too. Nice to see u

Glad to see you made your way here Avenger Ram. This is my favorite forum. I participate at ROD and I like that one. But this is the one I'm most partial to. A lot of members from RRF have come here. RRF was awesome in its heyday. I feel like this is an extension of RRF with some quality additions.
