With the Eagles locking up the #1 seed, maybe the 4 seed is better when it comes to playing in Phili vs. playing in Minn?

moving to #4...

i was thinking the same thing , but if both wildcard winners knock off the top 2 seeds, then we definitely want the NFC championship in LA...

so i think we need to maintain #3...

go rams

Yeah, that’s one of the arguments that makes sense.

However, I think seed 3 plays Atlanta or Hawks and seed 4 plays Panthers - so not sure the WC round is better.

I am starting to think, if we get past the first round, that the Eagles are the weaker team but the field/weather conditions are better in Minny as they will close the roof. Both places will be loud until we jump all over them. We just have to win round one first. I think we can beat any of these teams.

not sure i want the rams to be in an early postseason position where they have to face that 4th quarter qb threat, foles, i mean did you see how he led the eagles to the game winning field goal with just .27 seconds left against the raiders, to all but ice the game at 13-10? so what if he completed just 41% of his second half passes for 43 yards and a qb rating of 24.4, meaningless, the guy has ice in his veins, proved he can carry the eagles late in a game and win it, amazing stuff. i'd rather the rams take their chances against keenum. oh wait, he has 3 game winning drives under his belt this season, only 4 qbs have more. the rams are screwed!

btw, to be clear, is playing the nfc championship game in los angeles an advantage?

No as much as it should be.

As far as the Minnesota stadium I remember them talking about it when it was opening. They said one of the factors they looked forward to using against warm weather teams was opening the giant doors on one end to let the frigid air in. While it would be dry, it would be chilly! Will be interesting to see what they do.

As far as seeding I prefer to keep the #3 seed so we have a better shot at getting the NFC championship game at home.

Playing either the Division game or Conference game in Minny has the added benefit of getting a look see at the stadium they will be winning the SB in. :)
