This is crazy to watch unfold and to start reading STL personalities saying they think the Rams are gone. I think we will know definitely by late September and early October. The finance committee meeting in September will add more pieces to the puzzle for Inglewood's go ahead. by snackdaddy 9 years 10 months ago Total posts: 10046 Joined: May 30 2015 Merced California Hall of Fame Re: Remember Tony Softli? POST #3 There's going to be a lot of things coming out the next few months. Some of it will be encouraging to STL fans, some of encouraging to LA fans. There will be a lot of speculation. Some of it will be based on emotion, some of it will be based on facts. I believe when its all said and done the Rams will be in LA in 2016. Nothing concrete in that opinion. Just a gut feeling. I think Kroenke has a lot more influence that some give him credit for. And when STL people say things negative about the Rams chances of moving, its more wishful thinking than reality. Kroenke's a very smart businessman. He wouldn't do everything he's done up till now if he wasn't sure he could move the team to LA. He's spent a good chunk of change. I don't see him spending millions on a maybe.
