It’s gotta be extremely rare for a team with that stat to win their division. I can’t even imagine having a winning record at -28 points. Seattle is +19, Niners and Cards are -6 and -5 respectively. Just a crazy stat situation that indicates how differently the team is performing now compared to earlier in the season. It’s quite possible Rams finish 11-6 and have a negative point differential. I bet that never happened before. ~ max ~“The consciousness of good intentions disdains ambiguity.” - Alexander Hamilton, The Federalist Papers by PARAM 6 months 2 weeks ago Total posts: 13214 Joined: Jul 15 2015 Just far enough North of Philadelphia Hall of Fame -28 in point differential POST #2 max wrote:Rams are by far the worst in point differential in our division. I bet that never happened before.Weird for sure!!! Of course that can be attributed mostly to the 41-10 loss to Arizona and 17 point deficit vs Philly (-48 total) combined with one score games (11). The other 4 losses were one score games. We've had 1 win (Minn) that wasn't a 1 score win and that was only because of a safety to end the game. Been following the horns since the Coliseum had a Roman playing there. I bet the Rams are a TD favorite when they play again in 2 weeks. It’s mostly a combination of all those injuries on offense and rookies playing major roles on defense early in the season. We’re a totally different team now on both sides of the ball. ~ max ~“The consciousness of good intentions disdains ambiguity.” - Alexander Hamilton, The Federalist Papers 1 by snackdaddy 6 months 2 weeks ago Total posts: 10046 Joined: May 30 2015 Merced California Hall of Fame Re: -28 in point differential POST #4 ramsman34 liked this post Is point differential a good indicator?
