No Lady Gaga - I didn't see that one until after the game was made. There is one about Beyonce's footwear. So far, there is one question that 30 people have answered exactly the same. Curious to see if it stays that way.

If possible, fill it out by Saturday night / Sunday morning. I'm downloading them into a spreadsheet that will auto update the individual results during the game. However, I will accept surveys until the National Anthem starts.

I updated the OP to include the format for scoring and putting the answers to the questions during the game.

My promptness in updating on Sunday will be directly related to how many drinks I am enjoying, how entertaining this game is and whatever else is going on around me. It will likely not be affected at all by Cold Play, so expect a full update during half-time.
