Carolina can defend as well, difference will be that the Panthers have an MVP at QB and the Broncos a has been. It's shocking the Broncos made the Super Bowl with a QB who can barely throw. They scored 3 points in the second half yesterday and kept giving the ball back to the Pats, but that defense in Denver is definitely awesome. I think Carolina's o-line will be the difference, as well. 24-13.

I like Carolina too but a lot of times in this situation, the team with the #1 defense wins, like when Seattle beat Denver...

Carolina has a very good defense as well. I just don't see Denver moving the ball on them with any regularity. I think a lot of people are going back to the Super Bowl two years ago with the number 1 offense/defense scenario, but Denver had a bad defense back then and Seattle had a budding Russell Wilson. I honestly didn't know much about Carolina, but the complete dismantling of Arizona and Seattle was impressive. Those are two terrific opponents who also have very good defenses.

I'll be a contrarian and pick the Broncos. I'd much rather have the Broncos win and I think they have a good chance to win. I think the Broncos have a better defense. The running games are fairly equal and of course the Panthers have a better passing game.

The Cat's run down hill in Carolina. It's going to be hard but he Bronco's D is stout and they tend to have their iconic aged QB's win their last games.

Money on the Cat's. That spread will be too small. But I'm pulling for Denver. That way Manning retires and doesn't come to LA.

Both QB's were the first overall pick in their draft. I'm not sure this is the first SB that's happened.
