POST #1 TOPIC AUTHOR I'm listening to Frank Cusimano's Show, and Lester Munson from ESPN was invited as a guest..Don't know this guy, except that Cusimano was treating him as an elder reporter-statesman.....The way Munson said, the best way for Kroenke has to get his way in all of this process, is just to move and "ask for forgiveness later" He says the NFL is trying to exude a cloack of invincibility in a possible AntiTrust Case, which he says is simply not the case. He says that if Kroenke just moves the team and starts building the stadium, even though they award Carson the LA area. With Kroenke going rogue, the NFL would have a choice: Three teams in LA, which they say they don't want, a huge AntiTrust case against the 2nd richest Owner in the NFL (which he says the Rams wouldn't lose), or telling Spanos and Davis to stand down and get stadiums in their own markets.."His best action if the Raiders/Chargers don't budge in dealing with Kroenke is to move before they can do anything and start building. It's what Art Modell did with the Browns. The Rams and the Colts went rogue similarly. The NFL can not act in concert against an owner in this case, or they would be in big trouble with the Courts~Lester Munson by Stranger 9 years 5 months ago Total posts: 3213 Joined: Aug 12 2015 Norcal Superstar Re: Per Lester Munson/ESPN..."Better to ask for Forgiveness.. Best to play nice until there's no other option. If it comes down to forcing the league to accept his terms he does have leverage. POST #9 TOPIC AUTHOR One way Kronke can call the process unfair and that contract BS (if he signed it)..Is that the Rams adjusted the completion date to 2019, and so far, the toxic dump is right on course for 2019? Even before a single methane well has been installed and measuring the effectiveness of them after a year? Not even considering the possible environmental slowdowns that seem inevitable to me...If the NFL accepts this 2019 Carson Completion date, I would warn the NFL and Carson partners with a lawsuit to break any restrictions on the Rams due to a false process..I'm no lawyer, but this makes sense to me. by bubbaramfan 9 years 5 months ago Total posts: 1119 Joined: Apr 30 2015 Carson Landfill Pro Bowl Re: Per Lester Munson/ESPN..."Better to ask for Forgiveness..
