I like them to cover 5 1/2 though.agree re cincy, good luck w/o andy, but i think the seahawks could very well rout the vikings... other than the rams game, the seahawks have been on a terror since midway through the season, averaging 33 offensive points per game while holding opponent offenses to just 15 per game, and that stretch includes smoking the vikes in minny 38-7 (the vikes' sole score came on a ko return) and smoking the cards in 'zona 36-6 to close out the season, talk about bouncing back from a loss... and they played 7 of the 8 games without lynch... the skins? just not sold... they faced the 26th rated strength of schedule (the rams faced the 3rd toughest, packers the 6th toughest), facing just 3 teams with a winning record, just 3, and lost them all, by an average score of 15-35... and of course, hard to count the pack out when a guy named rodgers is throwing the ball for them, especially considering their defense put together a pretty nice year... agree on kc over the texans.... anyway, it's postseason football, anything can happen, ain't it great!??!!! by Indrid Cold 9 years 6 months ago Total posts: 972 Joined: Sep 24 2015 Redington Beach, FL Veteran Re: Wild Card Weekend POST #8 aeneas1 wrote: agree re cincy, good luck w/o andy, but i think the seahawks could very well rout the vikings... other than the rams game, the seahawks have been on a terror since midway through the season, averaging 33 offensive points per game while holding opponent offenses to just 15 per game, and that stretch includes smoking the vikes in minny 38-7 (the vikes' sole score came on a ko return) and smoking the cards in 'zona 36-6 to close out the season, talk about bouncing back from a loss... and they played 7 of the 8 games without lynch... the skins? just not sold... they faced the 26th rated strength of schedule (the rams faced the 3rd toughest, packers the 6th toughest), facing just 3 teams with a winning record, just 3, and lost them all, by an average score of 15-35... and of course, hard to count the pack out when a guy named rodgers is throwing the ball for them, especially considering their defense put together a pretty nice year... anyway, it's postseason football, anything can happen, ain't it great!??!!!Really disappointed for the local team (Cincy); don't see that going well. I actually think they were legitimate SB contenders until that game against PIT when Dalton got hurt. Crazy good defense, OL, and really nice skill players, but none of it works without the QB. Plus, they've been PIT's patsy for a while now...I drafted Eddie Lacy in fantasy (lol), watched a lot of Pack games...they ain't crap this year. We should have beat them at home...really! For a long while, I thought WAS got the short end of the stick with Cincy assistants coaches made HCs, but I'm actually really impressed by Gruden now...and Cousins amazingly enough.Yeah, probably wishful thinking that MIN will do anything. (Does any Rams' fan like Pittsburgh?). Ain't happening without Dalton.I like KC and Wash to win. GB is overrated and hey that Rams' loss to the Skins doesn't look so bad now, does it?It would be great to see Min win, but have a lot of doubt there. I like them to cover 5 1/2 though. by RamsFanSince82 9 years 6 months ago Total posts: 5851 Joined: Aug 20 2015 So. Cal. But Zimmer is a really good coach; he'll understand that Ram's blueprint and weather could hold the score down. by aeneas1 9 years 6 months ago Total posts: 16894 Joined: Sep 13 2015 Norcal Hall of Fame Re: Wild Card Weekend POST #9 Indrid Cold wrote:Really disappointed for the local team (Cincy); don't see that going well. I think Cincy wins. I'm going with Cincy, KC (although pulling for Houston), Seattle (rooting for Minn) and Wasington in a shockerOn a side note, Houston is the 1st team in history that made the playoffs while starting 4 qb during the season. 4!!!! To think, Fisher couldn't get any snaps for Mannion yet Houston just kept rolling guys out there, and winning.
