How do you justify keeping your offensive philosophy when the Rams offense has been bottom of the barrel every year since you've been in charge and it has lead to a losing season every year?

I would followup with - "what direction are you going? you win 7 games every year. The offense is clearly what is lacking. What makes you think it's going to change?"
