The NFL wants to control this entire process. Who files, what gets released to the media, and constructing a brokered deal between all 3 teams. We may not hear much, but if they are going to get this thing done by 1/13, they need to go into that meeting with a rough agreement. ~ max ~“The consciousness of good intentions disdains ambiguity.” - Alexander Hamilton, The Federalist Papers by RamsFanSince82 9 years 6 months ago Total posts: 5851 Joined: Aug 20 2015 So. The NY meeting is 1/6-1/7. by max 9 years 6 months ago Total posts: 5714 Joined: Jun 01 2015 Sarasota, FL Hall of Fame Re: Dates and timing. POST #3 TOPIC AUTHOR Thx. 1/6-7. According to Andrew Brandt (who was on with Ross Tucker's podcast, one thing that will happen before then is that the 3 city proposals will all likely be turned down. Of course Oak doesn't really have anything, but Brandt said he would be shocked if any of them were approved. And that would clear the path for all 3 teams to file.So it will be interesting if STL gets turned down by the NFL, and who is actually doing the turning down. I'm not sure on the timing of this, but my guess is that it will become clear at the 1/6-7 NY meeting. That would mean going into the Houston meeting the STL plan would have already been turned down, so how can the owners tell Stan you have a solid STL proposal on the table? That makes no sense. ~ max ~“The consciousness of good intentions disdains ambiguity.” - Alexander Hamilton, The Federalist Papers Reply 1 / 1 Display: All posts1 day7 days2 weeks1 month3 months6 months1 year Sort by: AuthorPost timeSubject Sort by: AscendingDescending Jump to: Forum Rams/NFL Other Sports Rams Fans United Q&A's Board Business 3 posts Jul 12 2025
