How crazy is that?

In 18 days it is expected that the NFL will make a decision about who is moving to LA.

There must be a ton of negotiating going on right now with billions of dollars at stake and the future landscape of the NFL hanging in the balance.

How long before we start seeing new developments emerging that give us a indication of what direction this thing is headed?

I have no idea.

Take it slow. A move with the least resistance and the best chance to succeed should be the choice. It doesn't all have to be resolved this off season.

I would think that with all 3 teams done with their final home game of the year, some news will start breaking this next week. We just got through with Christmas and the NFL deadline is the 28th for the 3 cities.

I'm pretty confident that Inglewood will emerge as the best option now that the decision is coming soon. Whether that involves a deal between Stan and Spanos or only the Rams is still unclear to me. In the end it comes down to how much Spanos wants LA or how much of this was to keep Kroenke out of LA.

The best part is we don't have long to wait to find out.

I'm starting to think something is in the works to keep the Raiders in Oakland. Anyway, that's what I've got my ear to the ground on.

Let us know if you hear anything max.
That development would be a great way to nix Carson or at least the Charaiders as a whole. If StL task farce doesn't submit their plan due to is decrepit condition by next Weds, that won't help Carson either. And what doesn't help Carson helps our cause.

I have a hard timing envisioning Oakland ponying up any money to build a stadium. The city is run poorly, both politically and in safety for its citizens. Davis is not Stan...a visionary with oodles of dough.

The logical choice is Stan gets the RAMS to LA. The bolts remain an unknown as to whether they stay in SD or become tenants of Stan.

I see the Raiders staying in their dump in Oakland, though one day they may move to Texas or St. Louis. LA is not in their future.

Carson is a joke, always was.

Well I think that the "NFL" wants to keep the focus on the field. Plenty of playoff possibility and they don't want any distraction from the game.
