Not trying to blame the refs in fact I won't blame them ,but the Pats were called for 3 penalties for 20 yards and the Rams were called for 9 with 65 yards assessed. The holding call on Sullivan in the fourth quarter adter a solid run by TG III was complete BS.

Yes it was. And they mistakenly replayed it and showed how marginal a call it was. Yet on several replays of Patriots plays, you could see guys getting held with no calls.
I found the non personal foul call when Goff was going OB was bullshit too, considering they called the PF on the Rams for, not allowing the RB to catch the ball?

Agreed on both points. The holding call was tough to swallow because it did not affect the play. The hit on Goff going out of bounds gets called every time duing the regular season. I'm tired of calling games differently in the playoffs. If you ask me, that's what really was responsible for the mess in N.O.

Has Goff gotten a Roughing the Passer call ever? Biased obviously, but I swear that kid takes bigger, and often later hits than any other QB in the league, and I don't think I've ever seen a flag for it?

Sadly,
I think this game was officiated the way the league needed it to be. Showing no bias to the Rams what so ever. On replays Donald was held repeatedly, the OB on Goff, and the Sullivan penalty all seem to be in line for placating the Saints owner and fan base. Is it true? I think a little has to do with it.

Sadly, Belichick is a master of getting his defense to play overly aggressive without being called for it. He works the officials like a boiler room caller getting every last cent out of grandmas purse. It’s disgusting and sadly it works to his benefit.

McVay was out coached. Patriots stunted all game with no help from the TE or RB position. Blythe was used like a mechanics hand rag all game.

This one burns a ton! There will be better days, hopefully soon.

We need to not go down the New Orleans bellyache, bitch and moan route.

Though I’d like to know how Donald got so neutralized and why Goff was never ever roughed.

The call on Sullivan was pretty bad. But overall the officiating wasn't terrible. The Rams offense was. You can't point the finger at one thing. Goff was bad. Gurley wasn't much better. The receivers weren't getting open much. And the coaching was not good either. The defense played their best game of the season I thought. Just couldn't get help from the offense.

This is the most frustrating thing. All season the Defense and Offense were rarely in-sink in a game, with the offense having to bail out the D. This game all the offense had to do is score 14 points and it's a win. So frustrating.
