I kinda thought Forbes was just below average overall. He was alright in pass coverage. DK should have caught that touchdown on him on the sideline. Also, his tackling was WEAK... I kept seeing him just basically bouncing off the ball carrier. I don't think he had a solid solo tackle the whole game...

Forbes played in 52 snaps

The Hags didn't throw to his side unless it was Metcalf.

I thought he played pretty well:

His stats:

4/tackles, 1/ass tackle, 1/PD

Just to add.

Forbes, three targets with him covering one on one against Metcalf,
two incompletes with one counting as a PD and one catch for 22yds,

He had 53 snap counts,
and the Hags only threw the ball his was three times out of 27 attempts.

Then, while he was covering Lockett, he was on him like glue!!!

Just watching the game on TV, it seemed like he was TRYING to tackle. He's just small. But his inability to tackle effectively wasn't for lack of effort. He was doing everything he could to bring them down.

I may have been in a haze but where the ball ended up was short of the goal line and short of the first down. I acknowledge that may not have been the case but that's how I remember it.

OK. I just looked at the replay and the play could have been a first down if the pass was complete. Therefore I will withdraw my criticism. Carry on!
