Pro Bowl

But there few tickets for the Battlehawks opener as they’re keeping it limited it to the lower bowl of the dome.

Why not resurrect Proehl's corner? Seems like a natural.

Bad Football City Battlehawks are 2-0
-The “ESPN on FX” is weird branding.
-The clock stop after a first down under 2 minutes is interesting

Give Josh Gordon a call. We should give Josh Gordon a call. Sign him he looked great against the Vegas Vipers for the Sea Dragons. He can really be that guy that can stretch the field for us. He’s just a matchup beast. I think he can be great with Stafford and Mcvay. Very impressive.

They gotta do a better job of getting the game on TV. They gotta do a better job of promoting the game. I have no idea where to find the game.

I look at Fox ESPN ESPN 2 can’t find it. Finally I found it on FX you don’t even see advertisements on FX for it and I watch Snowfall. Finally I found it on ESPN 2. Promote XFL on ESPN during NBA basketball games broadcasts.

I really enjoy watching the XFL. I like the games they’re fun. And the scoring is great. I like players having a platform to get back into the league. It helps.

I’m a football addict so I enjoy watching spring football.

I'm a nerd about this stuff, but I still can't take the name "XFL" seriously, especially given that X doesn't even stand for anything and was chosen because of the early 2000s marketing flavor of the day to shove an X into everything to make it sound "Xtreme." It's the same way the name "Xbox" was chosen, that kind of thing. Feels so dated.

Are you also irritated by the National Hockey League and National Basketball Association even though they're not national because they have teams in both Canada and America?

Why aren't they the North American Hockey League and North American Basketball Association?

What happens with the National Football League when it expands to Europe?

Wait, I mean, "Sorrrrryyyyy to irritate you so, but no."

Sorry, that tone was snitty. Was meant to sound more light.

But seriously I guess they're just going for some sort of name recognition factor by resurrecting the XFL. If I remember correctly the MISL (Major Indoor Soccer League) name got used and resurrected like 5 times between 1979 and the early 2000s.

Plus there's the Dwayne Johnson to WWE and Vince McMahon connection so I guess that's why he dug up the XFL name.
