If I'm Kroenke and I've spent all this time, money, research, effort, etc. into building the most fantastic NFL stadium/mecca that the world has ever seen, I can't see myself being thrilled at the prospect of someone being forced on me at the 11th hour who's going to share in all the rewards.

It it was me, I'd say "fine". You want to build the Carson stadium? Go right ahead and I'll build Inglewood and we'll see which one does better.

Kroenke has made all of this happen and presented the league with not only a viable plan to return to LA, to do it in style and usher in a new era of what the NFL game day experience should be like. If they want to crap on that, then I'd go rogue and let them try and develop their toxic site.

den,,, this is going to happen. Nothing has changed. They won't award the Raiders LA just to help Spanos and crush Inglewood in the process. All of the news,, errr, noise is coming from Spanos camp as usual.
I would have liked the 'committee' to have abstained, but the key here is that Spanos/Charaiders /Carson won't get 24 votes.

Lot of negative people on this thread.

Everyone is worried, that's all. We all want what makes the most sense in every category, but people like Spanos are in charge so it seems that anything is possible. The political nature trumps even the best poker hand.
Still in the end, common sense and money will prevail. Spanos is just grinding Kroenke for more of his so he can call off his yap dogs. (or are they lap dogs if ya know what I mean) ....
