That’s the big concern with this game. If it’s close at the end the Saints have a tremendous advantage with that crowd noise and the influence it has on the calls.

I'll revisit this in the off season when I have time to review each game. I know that every year for the last three or four most of us at RoD have dreaded each time Vinovich was assigned to a Rams game, and he always managed to disappoint. Jerome Boger is another, but he just seems incompetent.

I know he was head ref when Fisher baked a nice fat Shit-cake on the Monday night opener against the 49ers. I guess that’s the reason they got shut out, not Fishers pure incompetence

What happened in the game and that I totally missed was this ref crew doesn’t like to throw flags. They let them play all game.

After many penalties on both sides that weren’t called, the last one happened to be the worst non call.

People want to redo the game. Ok. From what point? From what missed call? The Saints will say from the missed PI. The Rams will say from the missed facemask on Goff. If you changed the rules to allow teams to challenge any non call, the game would never have gotten to that last PI non call.
