Those 3rd down numbers are not good. In fact, they're pretty bad. If you want to look for a silver lining, we could say we won despite bad numbers like that. The defense and Gurley are game changers.

But are we going to keep winning playing like that? Its frustrating when you know the talent is there but that offense is keeping us from becoming one of the top teams in the NFL. Gurley can get you so far. But when teams commit to stop him, there should be opportunities in the passing game. Foles is not able to take advantage of those opportunities.

How many QB's have we had to watch under Fisher? Either Fisher can't identify adequate QB talent, or OC talent, or it's Fisher's throttling our offense.

Give him a better pocket will help but if the receivers aren't getting early separation that put's more pressure on the O-line. A 22 angle of the game would help a lot. Receiver play is usually off screen downfield while the camera follows the ball. It appears Fish want's to be aggressive.

I'm hearing a broken record when it comes to these issues. So, these are now clear patterns that seem to occur no matter who the OC is, or the QB, or the line, or the RB, or the WR's. Honestly, I think I have a love-hate thing going on with Fish. I was one of his biggest supporters when we were looking to hire a new coach. But I've growth to hate his stubbornness on offensive philosophy.

But yes, I am a Ram first, and won't less my frustration with the Fish offense create any divides between others and I on this board.

Ultimately, the HC is going to take the heat since he's involved in every decision. Perhaps his O isn't as bad as his selection of players (QB's in particular), or more so OC's. It's easy to say it's is ground and pound heavy D game planning which has the O more ball control, less risk. Today's game isn't played that way as much anymore, but fundamentally, I still believe in it. But, you have to move the chains or that style will fail. So far he's hit or miss, aka 500% ball. I believe we all want more.
