Agreed @ramsman34 on both counts. I miss our old yellow gold. Maybe somewhere in between the new and old.
The stl gold was just gawd awful. What was the point, kinda like now ...

I still remember the hubbub when Mike Martz said he would never let the team wear the ugly gold jerseys, then had to walk it back/sort of apologize.

Did Rich Hammond ever elaborate on whether the Rams actually had to make a special request to wear the alternate unis? And, if so, why the league made an exception?

He was so sure that it was not allowed.

This happened. I don’t see how the Rams can still think the bone uniforms are their best road team look.

The next question is why wouldn’t they make the modern throw backs their permanent road team uniform. If they win the SB in the modern throw backs, wouldn’t that be the look they’d want as their brand? But, alas, you never know with the Rams marketing department. This is a group that is all over the place with terrible looking logos.

What Stan wants, Stan gets.

Plus
- I’m guessing/hoping the Rams have already filed the paperwork to send the bone uniforms to the farm in 2023.
-The league knows the sales numbers
this probably helped get the waiver.
