But why are all the logos pointing that way? I know they said it will turn direction based on the Chargers and Rams. Not sure why they did it that way but whatever. Guess my question is why is it the Rams logos would be upside down on the renderings and why in hell would you have the home team facing the sun? I know it is a roof but it is clear and will still have the sun in their eyes. At any rate, I think the fan base will be much more spread out in the new stadium. Not many season ticket holders would intentionally brave the North sunny side in the current Coliseum. I was watching that and noticed my seats are in the shade basically all afternoon. It moves during the year of course. I have my seats on the "visitor" side which is on the South side of the stadium. Not many season ticket holders would intentionally brave the North sunny side in the current Coliseum.Call me brave. I want to sit on the home side.LA will always have another teams presence felt. Its a great place to visit! Lets see how it really plays out. It is unique in design and if I was laying down 3 billion I would not be leaving the home side un-noticed. My money (literally) that it is not an issue. Also, the sun tends to set further south during football season. (BTW, the Coliseum might be the only stadium in the NFL where the field runs east/west.) Plus the roof and the fact most of you (and the sidelines) will be under ground, so i'm not exactly sure how this is gonna all pan out as far as what, if any, issue the sun might be... I was watching that and noticed my seats are in the shade basically all afternoon. It moves during the year of course. If I have time, I'll see if I can dig up the shots from the last few months and compare. But in any case, why would you have the owner of the stadium have his team facing the sun and the tenants facing away? Just doesn't make sense to me but I am sure I am missing something. You get more TV time on the visitor side though! I'm probably too high up however.
