I would think throwing some high percentage type passes on first down might soften the run defense. If they can get 4 or 5 yards on the first downs consistently they can avoid the 3rd and long situations. I agree with Martz on needing 6 and 7 man protections. Less receivers in the route windows but guys like Kupp and Puka are very good at finding the holes in the secondary. Not to mention how good Stafford is at throwing through tight windows. Especially when the protection holds up. If the Rams are gonna win this one they need to at least score in the upper 20's. I don't think they can if its lower 20's. 1 by Elvis 1 year 4 months ago Total posts: 40617 Joined: Mar 28 2015 Los Angeles Administrator Re: Week 5: Eagles @ Rams POST #66 69RamFan liked this post RFU Season Ticket Holder 1 by Elvis 1 year 4 months ago Total posts: 40617 Joined: Mar 28 2015 Los Angeles Administrator Re: Week 5: Eagles @ Rams POST #67 RFU Season Ticket Holder by ramsman34 1 year 4 months ago Total posts: 9710 Joined: Apr 16 2015 Back in LA baby!
