That’s awesome Canuck. Lol. So as Elvis posts, perhaps Les isn’t blackballed. Perhaps teams leverage what the Rams are willing to pay and drive the price up for the team that makes the deal (see CMC). “Hey, the Rams offered us X, you need to better than the team who has set the bar for this shit.”

Like the Canadian said, just spitballin’.

And clearly, teams are copying the Rams recent model. Which makes comp for players more robust, as Elvis opined.

Elvis wrote:Since the conventional wisdom is the Rams overpay on their trades, you'd think other teams would want in on some of that sweet action while they still can.

But i think the reality is, other teams are now willing to pay Rams like prices so it's a lot harder for the Rams to close deals then it was when they started with F dem picks...

Clearly this is the biggest issue, they have more competition for trades now. I dont think is has ANYTHING to do with f them picks. Its teams want to be overpaid in these trades with draft capital.

I'm sorry, but we have a more dying need on our OL,

This would be a useless trade,

unless Snead has a plan to pick up a couple of FA OLinemen.

Second, to give up two first round picks on him,

I just dont see what is so special about this kid.

His stat number are not exploding in any ways.

When we played the Panthers,

He didn't do much against our weak OL.

I didn't know you could trade picks that far out but i guess since the 2022 draft is over, 2025 picks can be traded? If you use the 1 year = 1 round rule, that's like a 2nd and a 3rd in 2023 draft dollars.
