I am not an attorney but I build cases for the negotiations and then in some cases arbitration. If that fails then I send them over to the attorney.

Heh I'm in sales when you get to the bottom line. I'm a market development manager. A glorified salesman for Coca Cola, I go around to Pepsi customers and convert them to Coke. My job boils down to debating with Pepsi and business owners about which will help their business more. The contracts that will generate hundreds of thousands in revenue are the most fun and challenging
