Because Saquan. He will win it.

I think there's way to much slant towards QB'S because of the statistics. They almost need a couple of added awards just for QB'S. QB of the year and rookie QB of the year. It needs a separate category or remove the bias tilt towards the QB position.

Well said. And IMHO, even with the "QB statistics", Puka's stats exceeded Stroud's, by far. IMO, there are 2-3 WRs on every good offense but just 1 QB. Puka did better than ANY rookie WR ever did. Stroud was #3 in rookie yards, #6 in rookie TDs and #4 in rookie QB rating all time. Admirable but not as good as Puka's performance. The key is, Stroud had the "wins", which most agree is a TEAM stat and not a true QB stat. "He led a team that was 3-13-1 to the playoffs in his rookie year". Like Nico Collins, Greenard, Tank Dell, Will Anderson, Tunsil and others didn't play a HUGE role? The voting last year solidifies it being a QB award....unless the best QB in the draft is someone like EJ Manuel (the only 1st round QB that year, Geno Smith was drafted next in the 2nd :o ).

How does Kyren in particular not make it, wow so dumb

There are 2 running backs with more yards than Kyren this year. And those same two are the only RBs with more the last 2 years.

Barkley 2967
Henry 2950
Kyren 2443
Bijan 2262
Gibbs 2218
Cook 2103
Conner 2098
Jacobs 2090
Hubbard 2097
Harris 2042
Mixon 2027
Pollard 2022

Who made the pro bowl? Barkley....okay, for sure. Jacobs and Gibbs. I think Gibbs and Jacobs are stellar but so is Kyren. They all have higher YPC numbers though.

Looking at the number of yards after week 17,
your numbers seem a little off.

The other reason why I think Jacob & Gibbs got picked up before Williams,
even though Williams has more rushing yards than those two,
they both had more yards from scrimmage,
and the TDs are about even.

The list I showed was the last 2 years. But since you put up this year's list, here's 2023....Att-Yards-TD

1 Christian McCaffrey 272 1459 14
2 Derrick Henry 280 1167 12
3 Kyren Williams 228 1144 12
4 James Cook 237 1122 2

17 Jahmyr Gibbs 182 945 10
18 Isiah Pacheco 205 935 7
19 Kenneth Walker III 219 905 8
20 Chuba Hubbard 238 902 5

And the list for 2023-2024 once again

Barkley 592-2967-19 TD
Henry 585-2950-26
Kyren 544-2443-26
Bijan 490-2262-16
Gibbs 409-2218-23
Cook 434-2103-17
Conner 444-2098-15
Jacobs 528-2090-20
Hubbard 488-2097-15
Harris 506-2042-13
Mixon 497-2027-20
Pollard 490-2022-11

The only guys with 1,000 both years are Henry, Kyren, Conner, Pollard and Harris (so far; there's one game remaining). And if I'm reading this right, nobody has more rushing TDs than Kyren (tied at 26 with Henry; Montgomery has 25). So Kyren is top 3 in yards and TDs. And carries; Barkley 592, Henry 585, Kyren 544; Not too shabby, even more impressive the Rams got him in the 5th.

My mistake about your list for the past two years.
and I am agreeing with you, I totally understand your point.

But I think the reason why he got snubbed,
both Gibbs & Jacobs had better scrimmage yardage for 2024 after 17 games.
