The hard part is knowing which is which, who's a winner, who's a loser, doesn't seem like Tepper has that down yet. But he's a new owner with lots of money, he might figure it out, or get lucky...

Agreed but firing coaches less than one year in is not a great way to find out. Anyone remember how bleak it was for the Rams in Dickie V's first two seasons?

The problem now for Carolina a any new coach is the lack of draft picks this year.

That's already 3 openings for 2024. And we know there will be more. Washington? NY Giants? Chicago? New England? Could there also be a "shocker"? Like Pittsburgh? Or Seattle? Raheem Morris deserves another shot....and we deserve another 3rd round pick! :D

Washington is as much of a lock as there can be about something i don't actually know.

Saints seem pretty likely to me, Bears too.

Then you have teams like NE, Pitt, Dallas, Jets, Bills, Giants, Browns, Titans, Buc, Seahawks, all possibilities.

Could be wild, or just 4 or 5...

Every year there are at least 5 teams changing head coaches. If you look at the last 5 years....2019-2023....only 8 teams haven't changed their head coach.

New England
Pittsburgh
Baltimore
Seattle
Kansas City
Buffalo
LA Rams
San Francisco

...and..... there are 7 teams who've changed head coaches at least twice during the last 5 years

Denver (3)
Tampa (2)
Jacksonville (2)
Houston (2)
NY Giants (2)
Carolina (2)
Arizona (2)

So that's 32 coaching changes in the last 5 years!

Yeah, you can add Atlanta to the list of possible changes.

For sure:

Las Vegas
Carolina
LA Chargers

Likely (judging from the buzz):

Washington
New England

Possible:

Atlanta? (not if they win the division but that's unlikely)
Tennessee? (7-10 last year, 5-11 this year. When does it become Vrabel's fault?)
Chicago? (Has Eberflus saved his job if they beat Green Bay to finish on a 6-2 run?)
Jacksonville? (Could be on the verge of a division Championship or an Epic Collapse. Lose to Tennessee and their finish is 1-5)

Black Monday coming soon!!!!
