If they lay an egg that's not a good sign heading into the playoffs. 2 losses heading into the post season would be a very bad way to end the '21 campaign. If they lose to B'more, that could happen the way SF usually takes us down a notch.
I think we smoke the Ravens.

This is a huge game for Stafford.

He’s had a full week of normal practice for the first time in a month. Should be feeling better. Timing should be better. People except him to light up the decimated Ravens secondary.

He’d better not lay another egg. That would be really bad. And you know the Ravens D is desperate and coming after him. That’s really their only chance. They’re hoping for a Titans type game. Does Stafford have it in him to raise the level of his game here? Should be a good indicator of our playoff chances.

Very apparent that we are gonna play against a backup QB today and almost certainly a backup QB next week. We’ve got no business losing these games if we’re a SB team.

I don't think it'll indicate anything about our playoff chances...unless we lose (is that what you mean by 'indicator'?). Because I don't believe Baltimore is in the same class as Green Bay, Dallas, Tampa, Arizona or San Francisco. Beating the Ravens won't mean a thing when it comes to beating those NFC teams.

Yes, we should win against backup QBs. No doubt. But the only thing that will determine "if we're a SB team" will be how we do in the playoffs. Not how we do in week 17, on the East Coast against a backup QB. If we win the next two, then get knocked out of the playoffs, we're not a Superbowl team anyway.

Allow me to clarify…

Yes, if we lose that is an indicator that we’re not a SB team.

If we win, that should be expected, and just means we are ready for the big tests coming up.

So I look at this game as a we'd better win or it’s really bad news.

Well that's your usual stance......every week.
