Netflix and chill is a new saying that guys have been saying that essentially means they invite a girl over to watch Netflix and hangout, but in reality they just want them over so they can sleep with them.

Essentially he's saying the Rams are going to get in bed with another city (LA) instead of where they are now (St Louis), OR he's saying that Kroenke is going to go try and woo some new owners. My guess is the former. Unless he means they're going to screw someone (over), which could be Spanos, St Louis, Davis, who knows.

If I had to guess one that includes AEG taking an ice hockey team and bringing them into the top 10 most profitable teams in the league in a non traditional market, over original league teams, by smart strategy and having the money to pull it off, demonstrating what happens when someone has the vision and the cash to do what is needed. You need both, not one or the other.
