I know some people didn't like the Hard Knocks circus, especially in such a tumultuous year with the relocation from St Louis and then the nomadic existence the team had throughout SoCal until they finally settled at Cal Lutheran. Some can say it was a distraction, others argue it wasn't. I think the "Newness" of LA was the distraction that added to the S-Storm that was the 2016 season. Overall, the Hard Knocks series is what it is, a highly edited reality show. The directors have a story they want to tell and edit to tell that story. I think the Goff sun rises thing is a prime example of that. They were able to portray Goff as an idiot. Take a statement out of context or just a momentary brain fart and Voila- Your #1 overall franchise QB is an idiot. That narrative continues to haunt him to this day.

I think the All or Nothing series will be what we as fans truly wanted to see. A true behind the scene's peek at what our team went through last year. Not Kush's tank tops or Austin Hill and his daughter.

my friend who has worked for nfl films for decades, and has worked on all of the hard knocks series, told me recently that segments were done for both the patriots and seahawks but belichick and carroll didn't like what they saw and vetoed their airing, which i found very surprising given these things are mandatory per the nfl, anyway he said they were great but those guys just didn't like them, in carroll's case apparently his son convinced him that he and the hags looked bad which carroll took to heart... anyway, looking forward to the rams all or nothing airing...

BTW i noticed Season 1 with the Cardinals is now on NFL Network in case anyone wants to get the feel of the show, or wait a year to watch the Rams without having to get Amazon...

'All or Nothing' Rams series includes Jeff Fisher's firing

LOS ANGELES -- The "All or Nothing" series that will chronicle the Los Angeles Rams' tumultuous 2016 season and is being presented by Amazon Prime will be available for streaming on June 30.

And Jeff Fisher's firing will be part of it.

A trailer released by Amazon on Wednesday includes a tease to Fisher telling his players, "We've had some great team meetings. This is one that you're probably going to remember, because I'm no longer your head coach."


Fisher was fired on Dec. 12, the day after a blowout loss at home to the Atlanta Falcons. The Rams lost each of their last seven games, finishing their first season back in L.A. with a 4-12 record while sporting the NFL's worst offense. The eight-episode series, produced by NFL Films and titled "All or Nothing: A Season with the Los Angeles Rams," will look back at a 12-month stretch, from the move out of St. Louis to the hiring of Sean McVay and everything in between.

Jon Hamm, star of "Mad Men," will narrate the series, as he did last year when the Cardinals were featured. This will mark the third reality series that chronicles last year's Rams, following "Hard Knocks," the HBO series that followed them through training camp, and "Hollywood and Football," an E! series that followed six Rams players and their significant others.

Former Rams Coach Jeff Fisher Responds To Critics About Coaching Record


Former Los Angeles Rams Coach Jeff Fisher, is currently in town to help with the filming of 30 for 30 Eddie George Addition, as he responded to some critics about his coaching record. Through the Tennessean, Fisher talked about his whole career and added, he would do it all over again.

“My career as a head coach really depends on how you want to look at it — is it half-full or half-empty?” Fisher said. “I was heavily criticized for being the losingest coach in the history of the NFL, but there was no mention that I was a couple of wins away from being in the top 10. However you want to look at it, I’d do it all over again.” ‎
“Looking back on my career in this business with all the changes, it’s remarkable that all three of my kids, who are five years apart, all attended the same elementary, middle school and graduated from the same high school,” Fisher said. “In my profession that doesn’t happen. That’s why this is home.”

Even though Fisher is having trouble finding a job, he is staying busy. He has teamed up with former director of NFL officiating Mike Pereira’s organization Battlefied to Ballfields, which provides financial support and training for military servicemen and women who are pursuing football officiating careers on all levels.
Fisher is also very active with the Wounded Warriors Project and is involved with a group that is working to cleanse polluted rivers and creeks in several Western states.

It was the homecoming nobody wanted to witness as it was an up-and-down first season back in Los Angeles for the Rams. The excitement was there, so was the die-hard fans, but all of that quickly dashed slowly throughout the season as the first-overall pick Jared Goff could not capture his first win.

In the end, the Rams finished 4-12, and Head Coach Jeff Fisher lost his job because of it. In terms of storylines, there were few franchises that offered more than the LA Rams — and now, Amazon is pulling back the curtain on it all.

The same as last season (CBS2). The Jeff Fisher show was on CBS Sat. afternoon with Jim Hill, and they had other things. ABC7 only had that Sat. night show.
