Except that he's really not better than what we got.
He's been no better than Keenum when playing for OC other than Chan Gailey and he wont have an Eric Decker/Brandon Marshall here to throw to in LA

I think damn near everyone outside of the guys returning to their original team were overpaid. We have to think beyond 2016. the money you (over) spend today, hits you hard in the cap tomorrow, especially when O Tree, Donald, Brockers, etc. will need to be re-signed/extended soon.

The second wave of F/A will still have some good players available. And, the draft is where the rubber really meets the road as far as franchise building goes. Without a real QB - this team probably won't contend for the playoffs. So, might as well build everything else through the draft and SMART F/A acquisitions while doing what you can to add QBs until the real deal is found.

I'm so busy with work right now that I can't keep with anything. I see Jenk's is a Giant. Not sure what else is going on.

Wow I see a lot of you completely disregarding the guys the coaches have trained to take over as starters. Personally I'll take guys in house that know the system and have been prepped by coaches to start over an overpaid 30 year old free agent everyday.

Hayes and Barron are important pieces. Every bit as much as Jenkins woulda been. Some might say even more important. Quick was a bump on a log. But at least he's a good run blocker. Davis has value on special teams. Barnes has value if there's a fumble. I would say overall we're not any better than 2015. But I don't think we're worse.

I'd like a consistent receiver. One that can make the tough catch on 3rd down. I don't think Boldin has signed with anyone yet. Him and Kearse might make for a better receiving group. But does signing Quick mean they're not interested in improving that area?

Thinking the same on Kearse, not so much on Boldin. Quick has this next season to show he has 1. gotten past the shoulder injury, 2. is an NFL 1 or 2 WR.

Also Available:

FS - Reggie Nelson, Eric, Weddle, and Rashad Johnson from AZ
WR - Kearse
TE - Owen Daniels, Zach Miller - the Ram killer
DE - Robert Ayers, Chris Long :)
OC - Stephan Wisneiwski
DC - Prine Amukamara, Marcus Sherles

Ugh QB - RG3, Fitz only the Jets, Jimmy clausen, lmao - what a wretched bunch
Trading for Mike Glennon or Garapolo are slim possibilities.

I'd be very wary of him. He perked up a little last year but he's been playing pretty poorly for a while before that. He drops way too many passes for a pass-catching TE.
