I love this signing. Devante's contract will probably have no impact or a positive impact on the cap. Basically the Rams trade Adam's cap hit for Kupp's, but upgrade the position. Secondaries will be in a bind trying to cover both Puka and Adams, now factor with Atwell running down the field. Do they double him or risk a huge play? Stafford can't wait. With Whittington and Smith behind those 3 the Rams are 5 deep at WR. WR is now off the draft board as a priority.

That leaves QB, RB, NT, and RT as their priorities in the draft. ILB can be address internally if they think shifting players like Tony Fields or even a 6th round pick. RT could be filled if they think Leveston can be that guy. On film he looks to have better feet than either Havenstein or McClendon and footwork can be improved with training leaving QB, RB and NT as their priorities in this draft.

Regardless this draft will feel different because with Stafford and now Adams this team is in win a SB mode like it was in 2021. This team is better overall than that one in 2021. If the weather is decent when they play the Eagles, i.e. early in the season, I think they can beat them.

Signing Adams was a clear signal to the rest of the NFL, the Rams will contend this season.

Injury history.? Does he block? height, weight, speed (looks good sized)?

And getting an ace tight end in the draft would be great!!

Basically pretty healthy. Missed 3 games the past 3 seasons. All 3 were during the transition between Raiders and Jets.

He great size and still had good speed for his size. Prolly the largest and best hands of any WR. He should be great in the blocking surface, physical.
