Well, Dak Prescott seems to have the most experience at what life's going to be like for a QB in the NFC West:

But, seriously, the whole scouting industry has been suboptimal with regards to QB's for decades.

The eyeball test isn't reliable whether as to appearance or performance -- Anyone see Brady's combine pics recently? Trevor Knight against Alabama was awesome. JaMarcus, anyone? Really I mention this because I haven't seen the 2 guys I mention below play.

And really, wouldn't we like to get an interview before hiring someone for a multi-million dollar job? Any, all, or some of the top prospects could be total meatheads when the cameras are off. These are all a bunch of BMOC's whose asses have been kissed for the last 1/2 decade -- what are they really like?

So with all that, and without using the RFU commemorative dart board, I'll go with (1) Dak Prescott -- I've seen several comments about his positive mental development. Plus he's mobile. . . just not at beach parties. Hopefully FIsher's success with McNair and somewhat with VY, can translate to Dak as well, and I don't even need to play the race card. (2) Brandon Doughty -- production plus football IQ and we need someone else for the local news to refer to as "Brad Doty".

Yeah, he said Goff is similar to Bradford in a bad way. That's scary.

Just from me reading the tea leaves...

I think the Browns are gonna take Wentz at #2. By the time the draft rolls around, Wentz is gonna be viewed as the top guy just like Mayock is saying now.

I don't think the Cowboys are gonna go for Goff, so I think he will slide at least to #7 with SF, and maybe lower. Actually, I think Lynch may go off the board before Goff.

This is just me trying to guess based on watching the draft for 50 years. Hopefully, I've learned something over the years.

Anyway, what I'm saying is the Rams won't have a shot at Wentz.

Wentz has the potential to be a white Cam Newton.

Do it!

Cook scares me, his accuracy and I do wonder about leadership as well. Rams seem to like drafting team captains and guys with crazy upside too (Alec Ogletree) IMO, I like Wentz and Lynch with their athletic ability to go along with being able to rally the troops when the chips are down.

I've heard about Cooks leadership but what's the issue with him? I don't really watch and follow college as much as I should.

I'm sure we will hear a lot more about Cook and all these QBs over the next 2 months.

It is a bit disturbing that Cook was not a team captain. Gotta wonder why.
