If you listen to Snead talk, he says they value positions that affect the passing game highest: QB, CB, WR, Pass rusher, etc. Jourdan mentioned CB second on her list of stuff Rams value. They traded 2 #1s for Ramsey, so taking a CB high is certainly a very real possibility...

Yep I think if the Rams can get an impact corner they will do it in a minute. If they can get EDGE in FA, I see drafting a CB at 1st or 2nd round. It will be interesting if the keep the 1st or 2nd. As the Ramswire mentioned, if Brock Bowers drops do the Rams trade up??

Love to be in the position to draft Bowers. Would mean the OL, edge, at least 1 corner was taken care of in F/A and/or they have solid option in rds 2 and 3 to supplement their F/A moves. Tall order.

Gettin the OL right is paramount. Edge and corner aren’t far behind in the priority race.

I would say trading down, if the guy you love is gone, would be a prudent play. Get another second and third or fourth. There is going to a lot of similar talent in picks 33-64. More diverse picks = more fire power to get the guys you are targeting. I think we still need quite a few starters, depending on how F/A goes.

To add, as it sits right now I think we need the following starters:

LT, C, RG
WR3, unless you want to call Tutu that.
Edge
ILB2 for base/run defense
(2) Corners
(1) Safety
Kicker
LS

Some of these positions will be filled through F/A (including our own, possibly), and possibly players on futures contracts (former PS players).

But that is 11 starters we need, currently. And that have to be better than who we lost/are trying to upgrade - or at some positions, at least as good (OL).
