Hollywood Park
Los Angeles, CA

Just a few miles east of Los Angeles International Airport, you’ll find Hollywood Park – former stomping grounds of the legendary racetrack and the largest undeveloped parcel of land in the Greater Los Angeles area. Wilson Meany broke ground on the 238-acre site in 2014 with completion slated for 2023. Supported by city leaders and the surrounding Inglewood community, Hollywood Park will be home to a dynamic mixed-use, master-planned neighborhood that includes thousands of quality-crafted homes, townhomes and apartments; a luxury hotel; a revitalized casino; bustling retail and restaurant districts; and large swaths of office and open space. The location offers easy access to highways and transit.

Size
Residential: 3,000 units
Retail: 620,000 square feet
Hotel: 300 rooms
Casino: 120,000 square feet
Office: 25,000 square feet
Community Services: 10,000 square feet

Not sure living in Inglewood is in my plans nut I will be crashing in one of those hotel rooms after a day of tailgating and football.

It wouldn't be my choice for a residence but as investment. Nice place to rent out for SB week and for other events or a place to stay after a game so you can enjoy a few extra beverages.

What you say is true. I never thought of Inglewood quite that way. I wonder if you can buy at planning phase while it is still an abstract idea and the interest rates are still favorable?

They will start selling the condos right away to bring in capital for construction.

I imagine that' true. The detailed renderings are likely done or will be soon. I'll be curious to see what they offer these at considering they are in the noise corridor for a major airport. Sound windows are a must.

Don't worry brother bubba, there will be plenty of RV parking in the tailgate section at the stadium. I haven't found any specific info on it but you better bet there will be plenty of space and I hope to be hangin with you scarfing on beer and brats. Cheers !!
