In looking back on this, Snead sure has set the bar. By acknowledging the failure to properly address the QB situation last year he has left no room for ambiguity concerning this year.
Ultimately by his own words, if the qb is a fail this year, then so are he and Fisher

Someone posted a tweet a few weeks ago that we're going to get Brock Osweiler. I thought no way. But now, after hearing Snead, I think anything is possible. They understand their jobs are on the line, so I think anything can happen.

We already have Brock Osweiler on the team, his name is Nick Foles

That's something else that's annoying. There aren't any connections to make. I mean, when most teams are looking for a QB, one can look at the OC's history or QB coach's history, who they've worked with and at least find a "type" of QB, if not a specific player who's available. With the guys the Rams have had on the coaching side being such neophytes, we're all just left grasping names out of the air.

That is what is so maddening about Fisher. Our HC has a ton of experience and contacts around the league and, yet, we cannot hire an experienced OC. Good candidates are out there, but no one wants to work here.
