I heard Butts on Roggin which is why i originally said, "If this is legit" because that's not what i heard Butts say. But with everyone else running with it i figured there was more than just his appearance on Roggin.

No worries, they leak the actual proposal to divert attention to that claim and show what a weak ass market STL is. I love the details of dealing with STL, they can't look good to the league. Inglewood looks like NFL paradise.
