Why Gurley and Foles are still in is beyond me. Though I should say I turned the game off so they may be out now. Fisher needs to stay in Cincy and we should take Hue Jackson back with us.

If I'm him, I'm totally focused on the relocation and putting all personnel decision off until after that's resolved. On the other hand, there have to respected NFL people who are whispering in his ear about his team's performance and ways to fix it. So, I expect that a plan is being put in place, or already is in place, regarding the direction of the team.
