Goffs post game comments on Gurley are...odd to say the least. He says twice: "Todd's a great player, would have loved to get him the ball, but I don't make those decisions."

Now I'm wondering if Todd was hurt, or if Todd broke some sort of protocol, and is on McVay's shit list?

Honestly, I just want to know WTF is up with Todd?!?!

They actually did have a few good chances but Patriots defense was just too good and ready for anything they came up with. You can call itn "spying" but who could prove it or would even try...or else Belichick-filet would have been exposed a long time ago, and his "friends" at ESPN would never allow that to happen. And unlike the average non-chalant "whatever" Rams fan, I actually came here for a reason and just can't remember what it was, other than to point out that the "corruption" in the NFL is likely not where you would think, but at times diverted by that little N.Orleans "incident", just so you completely let this 13-3 JOKE of a game be forgotten, and let the PATS have the title once again. And I don't think it's any coincidence that they only lost twice to the GIANTS, as long as it stayed in the New England(ESPN) region, it's all good! Call it conspiracy, or call me a fool...probably will do the latter but who really cares enough about it to make a big deal of it, as long as they can continue to "worship" their team...however sorry or pathetic they may continue to play/perform?!? ESPN is more than happy to oblige you in this....

That is a long paragraph. Therefore not easy to understand.

Ok, seeing this seems to be the grown up thread on honest critiquing. My take.

The o-line didn't get it done today, BUT Goff really does need to get faster on his reads. Our receivers were outplayed in every way, on almost every play. Where were our tight ends? What happened to those 3 man bunches we were running that made our passing attack one to be feared? McVay….choked. No good way to say it, but it's true, and he admits it. Wade is still the man! and finally....one more time for the people in the back WHAT THE HELL IS UP WITH GURLEY!?!?

I love this team, and I loved the season. I'm not even that mad or disappointed to be honest. But we have played better, and we should have today.

Next year is gonna be fun!! :twisted2: :twisted2:

He's not 100%. That's not the same as being injured and unable to play. We already heard he had inflammation of the knee. We already heard it goes back to the Oakland game. You can get that and depending on the severity, be good to go or not (the severity is the issue) but they can't know till he plays what his real status is.

A player who is not 100% like that will obviously be hampered to an extent.

We don't know the cause. Tendinitis? A fragment floating around in there?

Both Faulk and Holt had bad knees toward the end but on given days could play. They just weren't their full 100% selves when they did. Everything seems to indicate this is roughly similar.

And, Goff is not going to openly question his coach like that. IF Gurley were on McV's bad list for some reason (not real likely) ...there's zero chance Goff would criticize coach for it in public. So Goff saying something is as strong an indication we can possibly get that's it's physical, and nothing else.
