Holy smokes, what is that design on the helmet suppose to be?
Second question, is the person responsible for that abomination now on the RAMS payroll?

I'll take "posts I hope are never quoted out of context" for $500, Alex.

does hall of famer and lifelong ram, mr. tom mack, look great or what? he'll turn 77 years young in november... hell, i'll even forgive the new logo / color scheme in this instance, for mr. mack, although he sure does look like he's garbed in chargers gear!

the rams were one of the very last (if not the last) post 1970 nfl teams to paint their helmet shells... from 1973 (when they switched from painted (stenciled) horns to decal horns) through 2010 or so, for a 40-year stretch or so, the rams simply applied their horn decals to the impregnated navy plastic shells, without painting the shells first, which made life so much easier for equipment managers, but also contributed to decades of mismatched jersey/helmet color shades.

but during the past decade the rams returned to painting their helmet shells like everyone else, and have done so through last year, but the rams did it in order to achieve a deep high gloss look, not to change the helmet color.

so you have to wonder, as part of the uniform change, if the rams will finally try to match the color of their helmet shells to their jerseys, and paint the helmets accordingly?

so what exactly is the new, official, "rams royal" blue color? and where/how will it be used?

according the rams website it's the color swatch shown at the top left corner, hex code #003594, but the rams are also using the color next to it, to the right of it, hex code #0044bb in a lot of their print media.

it looks like goff is sporting the same shade as the official caps now on sale at various sites, while jj looks to be sporting a cap similar in shade to mack's, kinda... sure, you gotta make allowances for image exposure and hue, but these don't look like the same colors even allowing for that.

from options below, which shade of blue do you hope matches the rams jerseys (and possibly helmets)?

Kind of disagree. Social momentum is telling. But yeah, this is about Rams fans too. Many dont dig it.
The fact that opponent fans mock it is because its mockable .
If it was cool, they'd just be invisible.

If possible, I'd move the logo down a bit if possible. I would sign up for it as well, especially if there was a blue hat to go with this logo.

The colors confuse me. I have no idea what we're getting. I kind of like the darker blue that I thought they were going to move towards. I love the color rush jerseys for this reason; the dark blue of the jersey matched the helmet. But like I said, I'm at a loss to what they are doing.
