But i though teams already could wear alternate uniforms 3 times: 2 throwback and one color rush?

The changes, as i understand it, are you can now wear your throwbacks on the road, and it can be any combination of the alternate uniforms. You can wear your throwbacks 3 times and no color rush, or 2 color rush and 1 throwback, or whatever combo you like...

Never been a fan of color rush. RAMS have the coolest uniforms, throwback or otherwise. Dump the gold and widen the horns...it is pretty simple stuff not upper division mathematics.
