Yeah it would virtually be impossible to be in the media as long as he has in this and other markets, and not make some solid connects.

But he's slippery. I use to be a big fan because he pulled himself up from a deep hole, but I've seen some things that have soured me on him.

He's on a major campaign now and everything is fair game.

So which funding plan are they voting on next week? Didn't the term sheet change? There was that $75M change. Where is that coming from again? The State? Don't they need to vote too?

Roggin hasn't owned up to his statements in his interview with D"Marco Farr back in August.

Roggin told Farr that the Rams are going to LA, that's it over. Forget Carson, it's not happening.

Go back and listen to that podcast if you can find it.

It's ok for Fred to be overzealous, but it's nauseating to hear him say I've never been wrong over and over, then say it could be Carson when he said it wouldn't be Carson 4 months ago.

I'm not really sure on what it says to tell the truth. The article is 2 years old but seemed to insinuate that there was only one G4 loan left for 3 teams seeking a new stadium. It did suggest that the NFL could expand the program to 2 G4 loans as a possibility. Again, it's 2 years old but did break down the money available as well as the 49'ers/Vikings/Falcons stadiums which are the latest new stadiums built.

Probably, they don't want to be the ones to take the fall...

G4 loan is set up with a certain % of the NFL's revenue is set aside for stadium renovations or new stadium construction in a teams home market. With the revenue level set at the time of the last CBA for this round of G4 there was 1 billion dollars in it. The plan was to provide 4 loans of $250 million. Three of those loans are already gone leaving us with one loan.

Some fun things you can read in other areas about the G4. It's original purpose and current wording in the agreement is it's only for current market stadiums. No team relocating will have access to the loans. Yet with all these facts you'll see G4 money in Carson for both teams. And in St Louis for the Rams staying. So we have 2 competing stadium plans calling for 3 G4 loans when the money is only there for 1 $250 million dollar loan. The fact that the money isn't there for all this G4 loving is something that people in St Louis refuse to acknowledge.
