I keep hearing people say the bone looks good under the sun. When have we really seen them under the sun? We aren't talking about the practice uni's they're wearing in camp right? Are they actually "Bone" color? Even if the color is representative they aren't game jerseys.

Bone...The most "un-popping" uni in the NFL by far. I would have said Colts and Browns are but they both look like a "clean" uni and not like a "faded" t-shirt.

so has anyone here dropped $550+ on a 2020 authentic full size rams helmet yet? they're on sale, so maybe scoop up a couple?

actually i'm pretty tempted given that i have at least one rams game helmet from pretty much every era, so why stop now, altho my helmets are from the rams and not reproductions, but who know when 2020 gamers from the rams will become available, and when they do my guess is they'll cost considerably more than $550, more in the $1k to $2k range when they first start to appear, and a lot more if they were worn by a well known rams player.

so this offering looks pretty good, it's an actual adult riddell speedflex helmet that many rams players actually sport, the paint job and horn decals look authentic, look spot on.... that said, the"rams" logo at the front of the helmet, on the white nose guard, appears to be just a generic one dimensional decal instead of the 3d rubber decal the rams will use, and unlike rams game helmets the top chinstrap hold and the exterior jaw pad rivets are black instead of painted the same color as shell.

anyway, i may pull the trigger for the heck of it, but only if it can be had in large or extra large, because many of these pro "authentic full size helmets" are often size small which are actually surprisingly small.

Seriously though, and I'm shocked to type this, I have to admit that the matching blue on the helmet has REALLY grown on me. The metallic = meh, , and the segmented horns w no curl, not so much either. But the horn width now is way better than antlers and the mismatching blue now bugs me for the 1st time ever.

One day I'll get one too.
