In 2002 when the rams and pats first played all i heard all week was how the rams would squash them.

All my friends, co workers, the tv and Vegas had the rams winning easily. That worried me. Even Torry Holt said it was "all good" when he learned the rams were playing the pats.

I went to a party, which i never do to watch my team, at my father in law's. My wife at the time stayed home because she wasn't feeling well.

After Warner's pick 6 everyone was razzing me so bad i decided to go home. Only to find my "sick" wife upstairs with the neighbor. She wasn't expecting me home until after the game.

I left immediately so i wouldn't end up in prison and drove around while listening to the game. After the rams tied it up i thought maybe one thing would go right on that dreadful day.

Then of course we know what happened. I go home to find all my rams memorabilia in the snow and my wife was gone. I felt like i was cursed.

It took me about 2 years to get over the whole scenario and it changed the way i watch football.

Needless to say, my hatred for the pats runs as deep as my love for the rams. Although the game had nothing to do with my cheating wife, everytime i see the pats on tv, i think of that day.

I cannot suffer through another soul crushing loss to those guys. This is why the rams must win. My love for the them and the NFL depends on it.

My brother, first - takes some serious guts to talk about that situation. I know "that" feeling well, sadly. I empathize with you not watching the game.

You just gave me another, more salient reason, to hope and root for our RAMS to absolutely destroy that team.

I hope all is well in your world and that Karma takes care of the rest, including Feb 3rd.

The most emotional Rams collage of anything Rams.......

Three years ago did I die and go to LA Rams heaven?

If so, I hope all you are here with me.

I’m so sorry to hear about your situation man. That’s a terrible thing you went thru. Sounds like it’s already taken so much from you, doesn’t seem right that it should take away the joy of watching the game away now.
Right now is the best time to be a fan of this team and you’ve got to soak in every minute of it. Because we sure know that there are no guarantees as to when we’ll be back here!!
Enjoy every minute

@R4L. Thanks and props for sharing that with us.

That story is as bad as it gets.
Shame on her and shame on Bellicheat for earning his nickname that day.

But that's in the past now. That and the Patriot run which will likely be in the past too. The Rams are about to put a bookEND to the Patriots.

Symbolically this game can be the end of that memory for you, , , and for all of us together.

After reading your story, I'm pulling even harder for a Rams win and will envision you jumping for joy where ever you are when they do..

GO RAMS!
GO R4L!
