Pat is east coast, a Carroll, Billechick, Jets, etc. guy. Also like Gruden it seems. He is fairly impartial but he gets paid as a media guy so he does have some outside storylines he adopts/pushes. That said, once the Rams start living up to all the media hype, the bandwagon is gonna get full. Listen to the AP32 power ranking each week and you will see how he and Jim Miller really see it.

Pat Kirwan today and he was saying if he was the Raiders he'd do a lot of outside running to make our DL superstars do some running while taking the corners out of the play by sending receivers deep. Jim Miller talked about some quick hitter screen stuff to make our linebackers do the work. Stands to reason we'll be seeing a fair amount of that sort of stuff...

You know what I like about that type of comment... it shows that the expectation is that other teams will need to adjust their strategies to account for/evade the Rams' talent. Nice change from past years when it was the other way around.

I believe that ended in disaster...49ers filleted our RAMS in the NFC Championship game...30-10, if memory serves.

80s were rough because Georgia let players walk to other teams...a couple moved onto the 49ers and won Super Bowl rings.

No one does sucky quite like the RAMS.
