I've seen on some Seahawks boards that they expect Wright to play. I'd be very surprised if he doesn't get cleared.

I think there is a high probability that Wagner somehow gets on the field, but the big question then is how effective will he be. Hamstrings are very tricky. Most times when a player tries to play with a bad one, he either re-injures it, or is not very effective, or even a liability, especially when speed is a big part of his game like Wagner.

Exactly my fear.

I don't like your team, your HC, and MOST of your fellow fans. You seem alright. But that congeniality will be put to the test come Sunday. I live just south of Seattle and wear RAMS gear every day. It seems that is an invitation for idiot shesquat fan to approach me and tell me how you are gonna smoke us Sunday. No real football talk about how this is going to happen; just blind, ignorant allegiance. Respect the hell out of the fever of the shesquat fan. But, don't walk up to me and say how badly you are going destroy us without some actual reasons as to why you think that is going to happen. I can tell you EXACTLY how the RAMS are going to dismantle your beloved squats.

And we are all going to see it happen come Sunday.

You know what the genesis of that attitude is? Winning. I don't know what it's like in other areas but in the greater Philadelphia area if a team is losing (and they have one in every major sport), you can discuss them with fans and chances are each will have a level of intelligence. I'm not saying each one will be considered knowledgeable but they won't be just dumb loyalists. And they certainly won't be every other guy or gal you pass on the street. But get a team on a roll or challenging for a playoff spot and everybody is a fan.

"How about the Eagles/Phils/Flyers/Sixers?"
"What about them?"
"They look good. Might make the playoffs"
"What's they're record now?"
"Um, hmm. I'm not sure but they're doing good"

Aunt Betty. Uncle Bob. Little Johnny. Everybody is a freaking fan when they're winning.

So the people who surround you are probably suffering the Mass Effect (and I don't mean the video game). Seattle has been winning ever since Mike Holmgren came to town. They've only missed the postseason 6 times in the last 18 years (7 of 19 after this season). Hell they even made the playoffs with some 7-9 bullshit!! So you gotta give Aunt Betty, Uncle Bob and little Johnny a pass. They just want to be included. With the Rams climbing and the Seahawks aging, things will quiet down somewhat over the next few years.

As far as Sunday's game?
Our offense should perform well. Goff isn't the same Goff who faced them in week 5. They have to watch BOTH Goff and Gurley. Woods should be back. McVay is seeing them for the second time.
On defense we have to pressure and hit Wilson, cover guys deep because he loves to go for it all when they're behind. Particularly throw it up for his guy to fight for it.
Who's going to win? The Rams are the better team right now and they should get the job done.

On a side note: I wore my Rams gear the week before the Eagles game. I got some dirty looks but not too much trash talk. I even got some intelligent discussion. The last two days I've worn my Rams gear there has been very little engagement. Why? For one, they won but it was a grind and if not for a timely turnover, would have been a loss. They lost their star QB and any chance of going to the Superbowl. As somebody put it in another thread, they won the battle but lost the war. There's still some Aunt Betty's and Uncle Bob's but even they know the tide has changed.

Hello OP. Nice respectful post. It's never easy playing a quality team especially after they lose. Both Rams and Seahawks seam to respond well after a loss so that angle cancels each other out. May come down to home field advantage. The Rams seam to play well on the road but Seattle is a different animal. I have never been a Seahawk hater, per say, since I rooted for your guys during the Niner - Harbaugh era. I have just too much Niner history and hate so those Niner beat downs were fun to watch.

But now the gloves are off..... it's game on. Go Rams!!

The Eagles fans have got to be the most rabid fans of any team that has not won anything since 1960.

When you ask the average person if the Eagles ever won a Super Bowl, 99 times out of 100 they will say, oh yeah the Eagles won a SB.

All I want to know is what are they gonna do with all that confetti they all bought up for their big parade?

They could have a bonfire and use the flames to make s'mores using Wentz's marshmallow knee.

It was a 5 turnover, Kupp can't squeeze that ball in his fingertips at the end, gift we gave you. Your team is scary dominant at home. But, in recent history that dominance has been taken to task. If Atlanta can beat you, we can beat you.

I'd be lying if I said winning this game wouldn't be my favorite game of the year - until the playoffs start. Hell, we might just meet again after this game.

RE: B. Wagner - I hope he is out, damn game wrecker that guy. Donald and our D-line are going to be on fire Sunday. Dangeruss will be in danger all game. And I truly think Gurley could have a career day up here (I live in Dash Point, south of Seattle). He just looked like a man possessed against the Eagles and the Rams hate the shesquats making him even more fired up to play well and run hard. He has not forgotten about the play E. Thomas made on him taking away 7 from us.

My dislike for Seattle is due to that POS coach and that scumbag Bennett. Cannot believe the NFL is allowing him to play this week..he is a disgrace to the NFL. PC just says the right thing to the press but he does not hold his players accountable. He could care less if bennet takes out a players knee in V formation..lost any respect I had for that team..Feel sorry for RW..he seems like a good guy playing for a POS coach and a bunch of thugs.

I don’t think even the patriots could get away with what Bennett did.
Between that non suspension and the glossed over Russell Wilson tent escapade, I have lost what little faith I had left.

Richardson was ejected. Jefferson was ejected then tried to climb into the stands. Bennett claims he was swiping at the ball when he rolled into the OL.

The Russell Wilson concussion protocol lasted 5 seconds. He said he didn't have a concussion but he almost broke his jaw. Yeah, okay.

The Seahawks just keep getting away with crap. I'm a big believer in Karma and they got some coming.

The game is no doubt going to be tight, both teams want it badly, both teams coming off a tough loss. Hard game to call.

It's funny, my hate for the rams mostly left when Jeff Fisher left, couldn't stand that guy. McVay seems pretty likeable, though.

How are you guys looking on the injury front now?

Funny how that works. Urban Meyer is why I hate Ohio State right now. Pete Carroll is annoying but couple him with loudmouth/dumbass Sherman and Michael Bennett and it instills hatred. Most Rams fans respect Wilson and Baldwin.
