Heard some of Fred in the car today, had Vinny on.

Vinny's new thing is there's a high powered L.A. entertainment billionaire that might buy part of the Raiders and turn the Carson project into a mega, multi-use entertainment complex, a virtual NFL Disneyland.

And get this, Vinny thinks the NFL would really like an idea like that.

If only someone else had though of that and was actually ready to go...

I was wondering where this came from. I saw some of it on the PD with them speculating it's Magic Johnson, and then perhaps one of the owners of AEG. They think he will be the hero now.

As expected, all bullshit and speculation until something happens and because SK says literally nothing because he has the best card to play, we get daily crap thrown on the wall. Now the Raiders are going to get a savior who is going to build Wally World on the toxic dump? Thought they had Goldman Sachs already with the Chargers?

It's priceless how none of these idiots every mention the putrid experience of a Rams' game in the EJD. These guys have to pretend it's a better market than SD and Oakland for their agendas.

So assuming the Raiders are for sale (9 Oak partners would have to agree) and Carson is really a [place that could safely house a stadium someday in the future, why do that when a current owner could do the same thing and way sooner at a preferred location. Sounds like Fabri(cate)ni forgot that page of his book and should have dropped that eggshell earlier. Or is this one of their last ditch efforts to give the owners pause right before the meeting.
The copy cat you are referring to is grade school bs. I can't wait for this to be settled.
