A rep from the RAMS ticket office called me today to see if I want to do a seat relocation due to renewing prior to March 1st. I believe I was initially in the 1st (public) group to pick season tickets but I only renewed 2 of my 4 seats in section 8L, row 7. I asked if there were any seats available in rows 1-6 or even seats closer to the aisle. Nothing closer was available and she also checked for seats in the next sections (8H / 7L). The only seats open there were much higher up, not near the aisle and $500 more per seat. So, I wasn't able to upgrade, but if you renewed early, you'll probably be getting a call soon.

Thanks for the info. Do they direct you to a seating chart while having that conversation or is it all on the phone? I understand in your situation that you had a specific area that would improve your seats. It would be tougher for others to do over the phone. I was in wave 3 so I'll update when contacted

I was early wave 2. No call yet (and no info yet about renewing parking - I emailed them 2 weeks ago and they said they would have info on parking at a later date).

The Rams are relocating people based on when they renewed their seats and not based on what initial wave you were in for the deposit. I wish they had made that clear from the renewal paperwork because I was under the impression that all you had to do was renew by Mar 1st and you would be eligible based on what wave you were in. So someone who was the last to choose their seats but renewed on Feb 13 would be contacted for a seat upgrade before someone who bought in wave 1 and renewed on Feb 28.

I contacted my rep and he relocated my seats within the same section but 12 rows lower and closer towards the next section to the middle.

I asked about renewal rates and the number of seats available for upgrades and deposit wait list people but he wasn't privy to that info.

I just did so, spoke to Ryan, who was wonderful, and we got seats much closer to the field, less stairs, and seats 1 and 2 on an aisle, same price. We gave up the 45th yard line for section 27 closer to one of the corners and likely still in the sun, but LESS STAIRS! And closer to the field! We'll give it a try this year, it will be something different.

I am so thrilled! These ticket office people are pretty awesome, but I must say, this was a really easy process.

Another thanks to RamsFan2016. I gave them a call and was given the option to move one section closer to mid field (and one price tier up) but 9 rows higher, or stay in the same section and move 3 rows down. Both would move me from seat 9 over to seat 1 on the aisle. I elected to stay in the same section. The rep was extremely friendly and the process was quick and easy.

what number did you use to call in? I called 818-338-0011 on friday of last week. They told me the would be calling me back within the next week. I renewed a few days after they first asked for renewals.

That is the phone number I called. They asked for my account number and said yes we were eligible for relocation. Took only 7 or 8 minutes total. Maybe they are only taking people in some sort of priority sequence? My advice would be to call back now aNd ask again. They really are very accommodating.

I called that number as well, and expressed my confusion about the priority for relocation. They were very accommodating. My inquiry was about moving from the sun side to the shade and the representative very quickly saw that there was nothing available with the same proximity to the field that I already have. FYI, if you're looking at these, sec 8L below the walkway (row 45?) is sold out and sec 6H below the walkway has only singles.
