Made my picks. And I fully expect them to be as bad as they typically were last year.

Not so fast missy. Kickin ass and takin' names!

Week one is usually the toughest. My only salvation is that I only was confident enough to put money on two games.

I took:
Bengals even
Raiders +3

I think I am gonna take the Steelers tonight I am waiting to see if the line will move from -2 to - 1.5 first though ;)

We can change our picks before the games? Nice.

Well, as I recall from last year my picks seemed pretty hot or cold. So, I guess I get hot for this week and my final pick will also be correct.

lmao don't worry deiter, this game is a serious rollercoater ride. As you will probably will see you can't ever count anyone in or out. You can go from zero to hero or vise versa in a heartbeat.
Unlike in "other" pick em pools with no point spread, you can't just jump out to an early lead, pick all the favorites and expect to win...

I've been picking vs. the spread for years. Its absolute mindboggling how good Vegas is at setting lines. Or how many games you that look like you have in the bag you end up losing by one point on the last play of the game.

Every year I put some money in an online sportsbook, so I can play the NFL and some College.
I usually will only play 1-3 games a week. Some weeks I won't even play period.
Last week I took:

Raiders +3 win
Bengals even win
Steelers -2.5 win

The first week is brutal, because its hard to tell how good a team is by pre-season.

This game actually has made me pay a lot more attention to all the other games and teams around the league.
