I've always loved the aggressive nature of physical therapists. From personal experience and listening to others in physical therapy, it never fails, that at some point, the patient feels that the injury doesn't feel right or they fear they may have overdone it. The therapist listens sympathetically then puts them to work and adds another exercise to boot. The patient realizes that all is well and feels much better psychologically and physically at the completion of the session.

There is no way you could ever rehab yourself as aggressively as a quality therapist.
