Of course he can't.

Kroenke keeps thing close the vest, Vinny isn't all knowing unless he's being fed propaganda from the Charaiders or a couple people he knows in the league office. Re: Inglewood, he knows little to nothing.

On Fred Roggins Radio show, Mayor Butts just said: "The mixed use development will continue" He went on to say that the reporter conflated two different comments..H never said that the stadium would be built no matter what..He says he never said that. He said wht I quoted above, plus the other uses of the Inglewood NFL Stadium's other uses (Final Fours, College Football Championships, International Soccer, etc..).....The St Louis reposrted mixed the two and came up with a false story....(just reported)

Butts also said that reporters NEVER check on a story, and this one didn't either...He said it makes zero sense that he would have the ability to project that a private company would build an NFL stadium "no matter what".

I wonder now if the StL reporter deliberaty misreported he story in an attempt to make ESK look bad? Again, that would never happen, never, absolutely not.

I was listening too and everything you said is correct. He never said they won't build a stadium if they don't get approval, so it's still possible that they will "build no matter what". I think the Rams will get approval to move, so I don't think it will get to that point where we would find out.

To be fair, it came originally from an Inglewood news source.
