Good advice but also ironic. This latest flare up started when you decided to question and criticize other posters' reaction to the uniform:

"I think some of you need to start reciting the Serenity Prayer."

And it went from there.

As always, and this goes for everyone, things work better when you don't make it about each other...

That's just it , no ones opinions are wrong. Certain opinions may be more prevalent or popular than others, but none are wrong.
The problem here is that certain posters are expressing their dislike for others expressing their opinions and the frequency of those opinions.

Yes Avenger may have started us down this current rabbit hole but I believe he was prompted by a comment I made a few posts earlier where I griped about the helmet horn (my biggest peeve by a mile) and then said in response to A-1:

Yet they still screwed up the horns.

OK OK, I'll stop.

So yeah, the topic does seem to have run its course. Not even ED who had their ear cold get any traction so we likely arent making a dent even if they did read here.

I think the Rams screwed up but it's not going to change anytime soon so I'm going to dig what I do like about them. But no longer can dig what had always been the best part since conception.

The color and shine of the helmets look great.
Makes it all the more tragic that they got rid of the curl.

I think if they kept the curl on the horn, ditched the gradient, and paired yellow pants with both jerseys, I could tolerate the segmented horn and funky fonts.

That's the tough part. There are redeeming qualities with these uniforms, but there are a longer list of flaws.

i think white horns (especially with the curl) on a darker shell pop a lot more than the new helmets, in fact i think the white-horned helmet is the best looking lid on the wall... of course a lot of of folks really dig the royal....

Perfect example of the problem.

You wish to express your opinion (over and over)... have at it.

But if you're going to question other fans' right to like something you don't like, what's the message that you're trying to convey? That you have taste and they don't? That you're a better fan?

Here's an idea... speak for yourself.

LOL What upsets you so much about my dissenting opinion? You won. You got new uniforms that you like. Be happy. Buy all the new stuff they are selling. You have five years of uniform bliss while I sit here and stew about whether I will ever attend another live game. You're looking at the schedule and guessing how many games the RAMS will win this year. I couldn't care less at this point about who they play and where. You're walking on air. I'm banging my head against the wall. You won. Celebrate. Unless of course you're really not as happy as you say you are about the uniform changes and are taking negative opinions as personal attacks on your fan support

And angry people are always more vocal. It happens in politics, the workplace, the home...
